                          Maggi Egg Omelette 


Start your day with this quick and delicious Maggi Omelette, a fusion of India’s favorite instant noodles and a protein-packed omelette!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles

  • 1 tsp Maggi masala

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 1 green chili (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp capsicum (chopped)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp oil or butter

Method:

  1. Cook Maggi noodles with the tastemaker and a little less water so they stay dry.

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with onion, chili, capsicum, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the cooked Maggi and mix well.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, pour the mixture, and cook on low heat until golden.

  5. Flip carefully and cook the other side.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney—perfect for breakfast or a quick snack!
