Crispy, golden, and deliciously fluffy inside—perfectly roasted potatoes are a must-have side dish, and the best part is you can make them easily at home with or without an oven! If using an oven, start by cutting potatoes into even cubes or wedges, then parboil for a few minutes.


 Drain, toss with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and spread on a baking tray. Roast at 220°C (425°F) until crispy and browned, flipping halfway.


No oven? No problem! Heat a skillet or non-stick pan with a little oil, add the seasoned parboiled potatoes, and cook over medium heat. Cover for a few minutes to soften, then uncover and let them crisp up while stirring occasionally. This stovetop method gives you crunchy outsides and tender centers, just like oven-roasted ones.


Serve hot with dips, grilled meats, or even enjoy as a quick snack—these potatoes never disappoint!
