Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
450g chicken breast
180g garlic
5g green onions
For the marinade:
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice wine
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon baking soda (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some cooking oil.
2. Add the chicken and sear until about 70% cooked, then remove from the pan.
3. Reduce the heat to low, add a piece of butter, and let it melt.
4. Add the whole garlic cloves and cook over low heat until golden.
5. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
6. Add 30ml water and mix well.
7. Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and a little black pepper before serving.
