🔷🔷Recipe:
2 eggs 🥚🥚.
Salt to taste.
1 tbsp sugar (12 g / 0.4 oz).
Mix well until smooth.
5 tbsp milk (50 ml / 1.7 fl oz).
6 slices of toast.
1 tbsp mayonnaise (15 g / 0.5 oz).
6 slices of cheese.
3 slices of ham.
1 tbsp honey (21 g / 0.75 oz).
1 tbsp strawberry jam (20 g / 0.7 oz).
Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture on both sides.
1 clove of garlic.
150 g mozzarella (5.3 oz).
Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C (374°F).
Some chopped walnuts.
