Pan size: round 8-inch (20 cm) pan

---

🟤 Base

3 cups quick oats (300 g)
4 tbsp cocoa powder (40 g)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp chopped almonds (30 g)
3 bananas
2 tsp honey or sweetener (to taste)

---

🤍 Cream Layer

3 bananas
1 cup + 2 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta (10 oz / 300 g)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Vanilla (to taste)

---

🍫 Chocolate Topping

¾ bar sugar-free dark chocolate (75 g)
1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (15 ml)
Chopped nuts (optional)

---

📝 Notes

1. After toasting the oats, immediately transfer them to a bowl. Do not leave them in the hot pan, or they may overcook and darken.
2. After placing the banana slices, spread a thin layer of cream first to fill the gaps between the pieces, then add the remaining cream.
3. Cream cheese like Philadelphia or ricotta works best. The cake is delicious even without adding honey.
4. Use cold cream cheese so the cream holds its shape and doesn’t become runny.
5. Refrigerate the cake for 30 minutes before adding the chocolate topping.
6. For beautiful chocolate drips, the glaze temperature should be no higher than 95–100°F (35–38°C).
7. After adding the glaze, refrigerate the cake for 1–2 hours before slicing to allow it to set properly.
