🇮🇹 When I don't have time to cook, I make this delicious Italian dish! Easy Meal

After a short break, I'm finally back on YouTube! In the meantime, I've developed many simple recipes for everyday meals, like this one. This dish has quickly become one of our family favorites because it's simple, filling, and always delicious.

📜 Ingredients:

• Ground chicken — 500 g
• Small onion, chopped — 1 (about 1/2 cup)
• Garlic — 4 cloves
• Egg — 1
• Breadcrumbs — 2 tbsp (about 15 g)
• Fresh herbs — 1 tbsp (about 5 g)
• Salt — 3/4 tsp (about 4–5 g)
• Black pepper — to taste
• Pasta nests (tagliatelle/fettuccine) — 200–250 g
• Cream — 400 ml
• Water or broth — 200–350 ml (3/4–1 1/2 cups)
• Grated Parmesan cheese — 120 g g (1 1/4 cups)

• Cream cheese – 2–3 tbsp (30–45 g)

• Sun-dried tomatoes – 50–70 g (about 1/4 cup)

• Butter – 20 g (1 1/2 tbsp)

📝 Preparation:

1. Prepare the meat mixture: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside (the meatballs will be formed later).

2. Add the sauce and arrange in the pan: In a large pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream, sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper. Add water or broth to thin the sauce if needed. Place the dry pasta nests in the sauce, then form small meatballs directly from the mixture and place one in the center of each nest. The liquid should cover about 80–90% of the pasta.

3. 02:25 Cover and cook: Cover with a lid and cook over low heat (simmer gently, do not boil) for 20–25 minutes without stirring. Add a little hot water if needed during cooking. Remove the lid for the last few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly, then serve.
