Egg Sandwich
Korean Street Toast is a delicious, savory-sweet sandwich packed with flavor and texture. Start by finely shredding 1 cup of cabbage, grating 1 carrot, and mixing them with 1 chopped spring onion and 2 eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat a pan with butter, then pour the mixture in and shape it into a square. Cook until both sides are golden.
Meanwhile, toast two slices of bread with butter until crispy. Spread a little mayo or ketchup on one slice. Place the cabbage-egg patty on the bread, top it with a slice of cheese and some sugar (a Korean twist), then close the sandwich.
