 Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and a pinch of chili flakes for extra flavor. Toss the cauliflower florets until they are evenly coated with the seasoning. Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overcrowded.
