200g chicken fillet (0.44lb / 7oz).
200g mushrooms (0.44lb / 7oz).
2 tomatoes.
20g ginger (0.04lb / 0.7oz).
Salt and black pepper.
500 ml chicken broth (17 fl oz / 2.1 cups).
200 ml coconut milk (6.8 fl oz / 0.85 cup).
Juice of 1/2 a lemon.
Parsley.
