Chickpea Balls
These protein-packed chickpea balls are my favorite dinner. Soft, tender, and simmered in a rich, aromatic sauce, they’re full of flavor in every bite. They’re the perfect dinner option when you’re craving something warm, hearty, and delicious.📌 Ingredients:
250g Boiled chickpeas
2 tbsp Ground flax seeds
2 tbsp Chickpea flour
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper
½ tsp Cumin
1 Onion
Olive oil
1 Medium zucchini
1 Clove of garlic
Fresh parsley
📌 Sauce:
100g Cashews
400ml Warm water
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
