🔥 Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with cornflour, maida, soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and egg.
Let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
2. Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry or shallow fry the marinated chicken until golden and crispy.
Remove and keep aside.
3. Make the Sweet & Spicy Masala
In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.
Add onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste — sauté until fragrant.
Add diced capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey (or sugar), chili flakes, garam masala, and a pinch of salt.
Mix well to make a thick, glossy sauce.
4. Combine & Serve
Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss until every piece is coated beautifully.
Garnish with coriander leaves or sesame seeds.
