🍫 Recipe 1
Ingredients:
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 bar (approx. 70g) bitter/dark chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 orange (zest + juice)
1 tsp baking soda
A handful of walnuts, chopped
For the Topping/Ganache:
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Remaining chopped bitter chocolate

1 heaped cup (120g) rolled oats
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
~10 dates, pitted and chopped
3/4 cup (180ml) milk
1 apple, grated
2 eggs
A pinch of salt

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 dark chocolate bar (70g), chopped
A little butter or coconut oil (for greasing)
1 banana (for garnish)
For the Chocolate Topping:
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
4 slices of dark chocolate (or ~20g)
