                   Roasted Potato with Cheese

Ingredients:
 • 10 medium potatoes, washed and cut into chunks
 • 250g sausage, sliced
 • 1/2  cup corn kernels
 • 150 g (about 5/3 oz)mushrooms
 • 200 g (about 7 oz) cheddar cheese
 • 3 tbsp olive oil
 • salt and black pepper 
 • ½ tsp  smoked paprika 
Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
 2. Toss potato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Let rest for 30 minutes.
 3. Roast potatoes in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
 4. While potatoes roast, sauté sausage, mushrooms, and corn until lightly browned. 5. Arrange roasted potatoes on a baking dish, top with sautéed mixture, then sprinkle cheddar cheese.
 6. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
