1 tbsp flour
1 cup warm chicken broth
300 ml heavy cream
🥔 For the perfect fluffy side dish:
5-6 large potatoes
1 tsp salt (for boiling)
1 tbsp butter
100 ml warm milk
🌿 For garnish:
A small sprig of fresh dill
A little bunch of fresh green onions
