A real Italian dessert – easy to prepare and much better than store-bought!
👉 Perfect for hot days and everyone who loves creamy ice cream!
🧡 Ingredients:
• 350 g blackberries 🍇 (~2 1/2 cups / 12 oz)
• 300 ml milk 🥛 (~1 1/4 cups / 10 oz)
• 60 g raw cane sugar (~1/4 cup / 2.1 oz)
➡️ Puree everything and mix well
• 1 egg yolk 🥚
• A few drops of vanilla extract
• 30 g cornstarch (~1/4 cup / 1 oz)
➡️ Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
➡️ Let cool ❄️
• 300 ml heavy cream (33% fat) 🥛 (~1 1/4 cups / 10 oz)
• 150 g sweetened condensed milk 🥛 (~1/2 cup / 5.3 oz)
➡️ Mix everything well
➡️ Freeze for 4 hours ❄️
