This delicious and filling casserole is made from potato puree, minced meat and cheese. Daring puree, delicious layer of meat and melting cheese - this dish will appeal to every guest at the family table.
Required ingredients:

✅ for Puree:
 • Potatoes-4-5 pieces🥔
 • Eggs - 2 pieces🥚
 • Flour - 2 tablespoons
 • Ghee - 50 g🧈
 • Salt - according to taste🧂

✅ for the filling:
 • beef or chicken wood meat- 500 g🥩
 • Tomatoes - 2 pieces (finely chopped) 🍅
 • Knoblauch - 2–3 toes (chopped) 🧄
 • Green stuff (dill, parsley) - 1 bond🥦
 • Salt, pepper, paprika, Italian spices - to taste🧂
 • Olive oil - for roasting🫒

✅ In addition to:
 • hard cheese - 50 g (grated) 🧀

Preparation:
 1. Prepare potato puree:
 • Peel the potatoes and cook softly in salt water.
 • Mix thoroughly, add butter, eggs and flour and stir.
 2. Preparation of the filling:
 • Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat.
 • Add the tomatoes, garlic and herbs, season with salt and pepper and fry for 5–7 minutes.
 3. Pour the casserole into the pan:
 • First distribute the potato porridge evenly in a glass shape (or another deep plate) and then place the prepared minced meat on it.
 • Pour more potato puree over it and sprinkle with cheese.
 4. Preparation:
 • Preside the oven to 180 ° C and bake the casserole for 20-25 minutes.
 • As soon as the cheese is completely melted and the top is golden brown, remove, cut into slices and serve warm.
