                       Garlic Butter Chicken

How to make crispy garlic butter chicken with a perfectly tender inside.

🍗 Ingredients

640g boneless chicken thighs
A little ginger
16 cloves of garlic (adjust to taste)
Some parsley (or any herbs you like)


🧂 For the Marinade

Ginger slices
1 tbsp rice wine(or cooking wine)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper

Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Then coat the chicken evenly with cornstarch.


🔥 Instructions

1. Heat oil over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and don’t move it. Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip.
2. Cook the other side until golden as well. Remove from the pan.
3. Melt a piece of butter in the pan.
4. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Add the sauce (2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp honey) and stir to combine.
6. Reduce to low heat, return the chicken, and coat both sides with the garlic butter.
7. Turn off the heat and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
8. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
