2 tbsp Yogurt (40g)
1 tbsp Grated Garlic (15g)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice (30ml)
2 tbsp Vinegar (30ml)
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil (60ml)
1 tbsp Salt (adjust to taste)
Spices (1 tsp each): Cumin, Coriander, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Smoked Paprika.
Spices (1/2 tsp each): Black Pepper, Turmeric, Ginger.
The Secret Touch (1/4 tsp each): Cardamom, Cloves, and Cinnamon.
Finishing touch: Melted butter and Fresh Parsley.

Quick Garlic Sauce (Toum Style):
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (120g)
2 tbsp Sour Cream or Yogurt (40g)
