📝 Ingredients:
• Fresh Spinach: 500g
• Vegetable Oil: 4 tbsp (for sautéing)
• Onion: 1 medium
• Garlic: 2 cloves •
•Salt: 1 tsp
• Black Pepper: ½ tsp
• Cream Cheese: 150g
• Mozzarella Cheese: 50g
• Chopped Walnuts: 30g •
Oil: As needed (for frying) •
Phyllo/Yufka Dough: 1 pack
💡 Instructions:
Cook the spinach briefly to remove excess moisture.
Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
Mix spinach, cheeses, and walnuts to create the creamy filling.
Roll tightly into cigar shapes using pastry sheets.
