📋 INGREDIENTS
Meat & Sauce:
• 1 pork tenderloin approx. 600 g (21.2 oz)
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 small onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 200 ml (¾ cup) meat stock
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 tbsp butter
Mashed potatoes:
