Ground Beef and Potatoes
Looking for a hearty, comforting dinner? This simple beef and potatoes recipe is a winner! Start by dicing 2 large potatoes and 300g of beef into bite-sized pieces.
In a hot pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 chopped onion until golden. Add the beef, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of thyme. Cook until browned.
Next, stir in the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water or beef broth, cover, and simmer for 20–25 minutes on low heat until the potatoes are tender and the beef is juicy. For extra flavor, sprinkle some grated cheese or fresh parsley on top before serving.
